So it's a lazy, breezy, mostly sunny Saturday in Cincinnati and there's a touch of Fall in the air. Seasonal changes are almost upon us and that means International Talk Like A Pirate Day is drawing near.
I'm having more than a bit of fun expressing my creative side in the way I know best...designing T-shirts and gifts which I hope someone will enjoy enough to purchase or gift to someone! I mean right now, at this very moment, someone in this vast universe is wearing, using, gazing at or sipping from an oddFrogg product. How unbelievably cool is that!
Today it's all about the pirate, man. I'm simultaneously listening to the classics on the radio, listening to Van Morrison on You Tube, and putting up designs like this:

Is there a cure for work addiction...getting so caught up in creative expression as an online business enterprise that you lose all sense of time? If so, I'm in need. Another weekend spent mostly errand running, then over working and loving it. I'm in need of an intervention, so next weekend? NO WORKING. Really!

I'll admit to knowing next to nothing about soccer but, along with hundreds of millions, I watched the final yesterday. Just as I was thinking "somebody score already"...Spain did!
But don't you love it when an exciting but rather formulaic moment turns into something truly special? For instance this exchange between World Cup winner Spain's goalkeeper and team captain and a reporter (who happens to be his girlfriend)...

If you're like me, you think American Idol Season 9 has been non-eventful. Mostly. Then there's Crystal Bowersox who's a true artist. She's already there. She's beyond American Idol. An absolute joy to listen to who delivers each and every performance. I would pay money to see her perform. That's the test, right? Getting up off of some hard earned greenbacks to see a live performance.
Crystal's a shoe in for the Idol win. And she's going to have a long, brilliant career. Remember: You heard it first here at oddFrogg!
